The script fulfills its purpose and the programs are opened on the main monitor. But one, at least, the program written in Java 8 ceases to see the second monitor. Can this be fixed? Debian 12 and Kubuntu 24 with KDE Plasma.

To work with applications on Java, you must write the word "java" in the list of exceptions. The checkboxes in the script settings are also confused in places.
