Online registration of complaint for railway passengers
This app is user friendly, were a passenger can easily and quickly address the issue to the GRP of the respective Railway Station by sending a FIR through the app

First the passenger should Sign in either through gooogle or email. and then the passenger will be able to file the complain by mentioning the current date and also one should provide the description about the incident .and then finally the complaints can be viewed by the GRP and take necessary actions on it. and send notifications about the status of the complaint through the app( if the actions have be taken or not )
