Hi Muun team,
I have Lightning funds that I received several years ago, and I’m currently unable to move them in any way. Every attempt to send fails with the message “An error occurred. We couldn’t identify the cause.”
Here is what I’ve tried:
Sending BTC on-chain to Binance and Lemon
Sending via Lightning (LN invoice) to Phoenix
Self-transfer to my own on-chain address inside Muun
Trying different amounts
Reinstalling the app
Trying on another device
All attempts fail with the same error.
It seems clear that my Lightning funds are stuck in a channel that cannot be routed or closed automatically.
Please check my wallet’s Lightning channel and perform a force close, so the funds can be settled on-chain and become spendable again.
I can provide any additional info you need (logs, error report, user ID, etc.).
Thanks a lot.
