Option to ignore reading of media 'title' metadata altogether in favour of anything else #17214

Expected behavior of the wanted feature

This is a follow-up of #11653. The solutions presented there are almost what I would prefer, but not quite:
I often use m3u playlists, and the --osd-playlist-entry option seems to offer only media-title which is again the title read from the file's metadata or the filename (or both, which can be very long). But I could not get it to display the title as specified in the m3u.

I think the best (and hopefully easiest) way would be --ignore-metadata-from-file or something similar, and this would result in displaying the title from the m3u or (if missing) the filename. Like it currently does when the metadata is not there.
I also think that extending the --osd-playlist-entry option would make things more complicated, because you sometimes play a m3u playlist, and sometimes files directly. And I have no idea on how to reflect priorities in such an option.
