Need local examples

Right now we're using external websites which makes demoing this in places without internet connectivity very risky/challenging. We need local examples.

Possibly also a "demo launcher" index.html and push to gh-pages and make it the default branch so in a very ironic twist, make this content kit easily available online without having to check it out.
