Describe the bug
When connecting my Chromebook or my android phone using the google play store version of moonlight to a sunshine or moonshine instance, the "<"-key (between lshift and spacebar) gets reported as the "'"-key (left of backspace).
The Linux and MacOS versions of moonlight do this correctly as keycode 86.
The android app sends keycode 13.
Steps to reproduce
Startup the android version of moonlight to any compatible host (I guess this would also affect GFE, but I have no way of confirming that) and press the "<"-key.
Affected games
Steam BPM, Steam, Alacritty, my entire Linux desktop and also BeamNG.drive.
These applications are all of the ones I have tested this with (100% failure rate)
