[Issue]: Modem froze and crash when i was gaming using moonlight

Describe the bug

Host: Win11 Enterprise LTSC without a monitor setup
While i was using my phone together with my PC suddenly my modem froze for a sec and then stopped replying.
I was using wifi 2.4ghz on phone and ethernet over my pc.

Steps to reproduce

how did this happen is very stupid:
my brother in his pc playing val
i was connected to my pc over wifi and no stutters or smth else and then boom modem crashed whole internet for home is gone.
