Stuck on Initializing MixinExtras line

Describe the bug

Modrinth gets stuck at the Initializing MixinExtras line. This has happened multiple times, every time i can remember occurring after a crash, though not every crash produces this issue. When it occurs, it affects all instances. The only way i can fix it it seems is to completely restart my computer. This has also occured on previous versions of modrinth (i do not know the versions). This instance is on 1.20.1, fabric version 0.16.14. Not all of my instances are the version of minecraft or fabric.

It seems to occur on a random basis, and not every crash, even ones that happen the same way, dont always produce this issue

After it gets stuck can you open task manager and end any MC/Java processes (javaw/java) and then try launching again? What happens?

After ending the only process you described (Zulu Platform x64 Architecture), it then shows on modrinth that the instance has stopped loading. It still cannot load, acting the same way as before in the log
