Weird, I do not see the same thing:

Even weirder, I still don't see it on my laptop but I do see it on my desktop.

They are both running Windows 11 and I tried setting them both to 150% monitor resolution scaling but it still only appears on my desktop. I am very particular about my systems and they are configured as identical as I can tell.
