Overview
Following #5577: once the new docs site under docs/ is in its own repo, we'll be able to remove that directory from this repo. Which is very exciting! There are a lot of old/outdated packages in this repo that we'll be able remove then.
Additional Info
#5577 mentions two possible strategies: a subdomain (e.g. legacy.mochajs.org) and a URI prefix (e.g. mochajs.org/legacy). Most of the cleanup work is the same either way.
