General:

It will be multi-platform.
To the player, everything will be written in python.
Players will have accounts on the servers they join, they have credits attached to these accounts.
Players will not be able to use these credits in the virtual world without putting them in a bank first, minimum deposit is 5k credits, or all the credits they own.


Networking:

The virtual computers will see networking just as real computers do, but on the real computer packets are sent/recieved to/from a centralized server.
