Progress extension - parent status does not update when children moved

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a map and enable the progress extension.
2. Create two top level items: "In progress" and "Done".
3. Create a child item under "In Progress" called "In Progress Child". Assign it the status "In Progress".
4. Drag the "In Progress Child" item and drop it on to "Done".

Expected behaviour:
"Done" parent item shows "In Porgress" status.
"In Progress" parent shows no progress status.

Actual behaviour:
"Done" parent shows no progress status.
"In Progress" parent shows "In Progress" status.
