Implementing the resolution correction factor

Hi Mischa,

In your paper it says

"We stress that the resolution correction factor introduced in section 5 is not applied to the training data set such that users of EuclidEmulator2 can decide individually whether they want to apply this correction or not to the emulated result."

Is there a switch/flag in the emulator to apply the RCF?
