Runtime in other programming languages

First of all thanks for this project. Makes managing prompts more understandable for development teams!

Question, are there any plans for supporting runtime in other programming languages?

For example, Golang? How can I help on this?

I would LOVE help with a golang base impl!! I am writing up this week the prompty core principles so we can hopefully get going on this!

Thanks for the interest! Here's the current state of runtime support:

• Python ✅ — fully implemented (docs)
• TypeScript ✅ — fully implemented (docs)
• C# 🔜 — model classes generated from TypeSpec, runtime in progress (docs)

For other languages like Go — the .prompty file format is an open standard, and the API Reference documents the complete schema. The TypeSpec specification can be used to generate model classes for any language.

Community contributions for additional runtimes are welcome! See the Contributing guide for the architecture patterns used in Python and TypeScript.

Having said that, Go is definitely in the plans.
