Add clear uninstall steps

Hi, for those wanting to test the project, there is no clear path for how to uninstall it.

I recommend adding a uninstall script and/or instructions to the README for those that decide they no longer want to use it.

Good idea.

Cora (Claude) is looking into it now.

While we're waiting... show-me is a skill / tool Cora uses to show me files and command output in neovim / tmux. I'd be interested to hear if you're using a different approach or have insights on how to improve on it.

I was able to use Claude Code itself to help me uninstall it. But a scriptable solution would save tokens and be more robust.

Other than the python package, most of what voicemode installs is in ~/.voicemode.

Adding a doc, uninstall docs / skills and script.

Did VoiceMode work for you? I decided against including telemetry (for privacy reasons) so any feedback is appreciated.

I think it's engineered for my needs (servers + mcps)

For now, I have a /tts skill that is really simple and just works (it's just a binary and a skill file). I'm planning on creating a /sst next and wanted to try out your tool first.

I appreciate the work you've put into this! I personally wanted something that compliments my existing workflow instead of hijacking it (I noticed voice mode doesn't output much in claude code).

This is now up as a branch for review: #500 (feat/VM-1874-uninstall).

It adds a top-level voicemode uninstall command, a README uninstall section, a footprint reference documenting everything VoiceMode installs and where, and skill/slash-command coverage so Claude Code can drive it.

Honest status: I haven't had time to test it end-to-end across platforms yet, so I'm not merging it blind. @joshmedeski @ascandroli @trflagg — since you asked for / 👍'd this, if any of you would like to try the branch and report back (or contribute fixes), that feedback would be very welcome and would get this landed faster.

I looked it over and I was able to figure it out on my own last week.

It worked for me. A few syntax warnings but it worked anyway. I love the list of what was not deleted and why, so I can later go and delete those folders/files myself.
