"Priority" notifications

It would be nice to be able to designate certain notifications as priority. I think they should always be displayed at the front of the list, and have a special icon.

I would also love to see an option for always jumping to new priority notifications, even if you're browsing a different notification at the time (but not responding to one, for example).

Hopefully at some point I'll find the time to actually contribute to this app, instead of just asking for things.

I am very reluctant on this, because it steals user's focus. If you are reading something, you almost never want it to be yanked away without your explicit input.

My use case is that my friend sent me a voice memo a couple hours ago that I would have listened to immediately, but had no idea about because the most recent notification was irrelevant and I was too lazy to clear it promptly.

That's why I suggested it only as an option. The # 1 thing I care about in a notification system is for it to reliably inform me when a friend is trying to communicate with me.

Custom vibration support does make me care a lot less about the option to always jump to a new priority notification. I'll edit the description to remove that part.
