Option to switch between notifications without double click

I like how the native notifications scroll with one click but if you are at the bottom it will switch to the next notification with only one click. Could you implement this as an option?

Hm, I have two doubts about this one:

1. It breaks/replaces wrapping around scrolling for the notification text
2. This only works for very short notifications. If you have longer notifications, you have to scroll all the way down first, making switching between notifications needlessly slow

I don't want or need wrap around scrolling and my notifications are short enough that 2 doesn't bother me. And double click could remain functional.
