Floating windows don't grab focus unless the cursor moves out of them and back onto them

Description

Basically the title. If the cursor stays on top of the floating window, said window doesn't grab focus. This doesn't happen when it's not floating. I don't know if this intended behavior or a bug.

Issue #558 and corresponding PR #579 would be a solution to this, without changing the way it currently works if this is intended behavior.

This is an expected behavior, designed to ensure that some floating panels do not trigger a close before being clicked

In that case, the "stay_focused" rule proposed in the PR above would be the perfect solution. I am going to go ahead and close this as solved and just wait until that PR is merged. Thanks.
