I have written a code for Windows to obtain system sounds using WASAPI. I will test it when I have time. No problem. I will then submit a pull request and we can test it together. Is that okay?

@huxinhai it's more than okay; that would be incredible. No rush at all.

I wonder if it makes sense to convert this repository, or more likely, https://github.com/makeusabrew/audiotee/issues to a monorepo with a sensible structure which contains platform-specific implementations alongside distributable packages (like this one). At the moment there's no sensible place for you to submit a PR to - in this repository at least.
