Collapsible Tree PNG export fails

When we try to download a look that has a tree diagram visualization built on a custom JavaScript visualization (https://looker-custom-viz-a.lookercdn.com/master/collapsible_tree.js) as PNG we get an error:

What might be the issue for this?
From what we have checked it times out when it gets to the rendering step.

Please use the version of the Collapsible Tree install-able through the Marketplace.

We are not able to install anything from Marketplace. It is not working. So we only have the option of custom visualizations like this one.

Can I get more info on why you cannot use the Marketplace?

The Marketplace installation uses this version of the viz, instead of the one you linked:
https://marketplace-api.looker.com/viz-dist/collapsible_tree.js
