Consistency issues with context_menu.

I'm using context menu on a ui element but it is not rendering and I can't seem to figure out what is required for the element to render. There also doesn't seem to be a way to use a on_click handler. Sorry if this is a stupid mistake i'm not that familiar with gpui but im at a total loss.

For example, in this screenshot the context menu appears fine.

But when applied within the child Entity itself, it doesnt work.

Use menu.item(PopupMenuItem::new()) can add on_click handler.

I just updated to the latest version and it's there now, but I'm still having issues getting it to work nicely with my own Render elements
