Mouse cursor too large.

When using external mouse/touchpad, LocalDesktop still shows usual Android mouse cursor which is typically too large.

Activating "Large mouse pointer" in Android settings makes it even bigger (though pointer-shaped instead of ring-shaped).

I think LocalDesktop should render it's own mouse cursor, independent from Android's.
