Local user not persistent

• Managed to install it (missing /etc/localdesktop/localdesktop.toml) on OnePlus Tab3 (it is LXQt not XFCE for some reason)
• Could create the local user
• created /etc/localdesktop/localdesktop.toml and added local user to it (using try syntax)
• When restarting ,doesn't login as the user and get "I have no name" when doing su to local user

It appears that file permissions of /etc/passwd and /etc/groups are reset. (rather than 644)

That's right, after completing the tutorial to create a non-root user, we need to reset the file permissions in /etc/ "passwd" and "groups".
