I've noticed when comparing this core to the a5200 core that there is a noticeable difference in input latency between the two for Atari 5200 games.
For example, with Bounty Bob Strikes Back the input responds after 4 frames on the atari800 core, while on a5200 it responds after 2 frames. I'm testing using the pause + frame ahead method. It's consistently higher across all the games I've tested so far.
Not sure if the input latency on this core is considered more accurate and this is expected behavior, just posting this with my findings in case this is something that could be improved.
I am testing on a Windows 11 x64 with current nightly RetroArch (1.22.2)
