The Bettermode Pro Community exists to give Pros a place to connect — with each other and with the people at LawnStarter who support them. It's a space built on the idea that Pros do better work when they feel like part of something, not just a contractor on the other end of an app.
Stronger partnerships and real rapport with the people out in the field — that's the goal. Content, expert access, and resources are how we support that. When a Pro has a question, finds an answer here, or hears directly from someone at the org, that's the community working.
Supporting Pro success — including getting new Pros to Blue — is part of why this community matters, but it's a byproduct of building something worth showing up to.
This is a cross-functional effort. Support, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Gamification all have a role here — not as occasional contributors, but as direct partners in the community. Some topics are easier to work through together, and having the right people in the room means Pros get clarity faster and with more confidence.
