Logged in Carts do not always reload

Environment details

PHP version: 8.3
Magento version: 2.4.7-p8
Klaviyo extension version: 4.4.2

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in
2. Create a cart
3. Leave the store
4. Wait for the email to come in
5. Check the URI to ensure it is using an unmasked quote_id
6. The cart will not reload

Expected result

The cart should reload

Actual result

The cart remains empty
