Rate limit the concurrent request

Do we have any option to limit number of request to turbo like 10 or 20 at same time or allow only 3 request from single ip?
If there is no in-built option, do we have any external module to achieve this?

I would use nginx as a proxy to do this kind of limiting. It is possible with turbo to acheive the same, but it is probably better to offload this to some kind of traffic controller.

Thanks for reply. But when we give continuous request vmrss, cpu usage increases, so only we are asking to achieve through turbo.
Please tell us the option for achieve in turbo itself
