Actionbar Highlight & Color Changes

Hey I would love to see a actionbar highlight, with the option to only highlight when the cooldown swipe (same conditions) is not / no longer running. Also have it that you can Pick the color and transparency yourself. This would also be my suggestion for the cooldown swipe being able to change the color and transparency is good to have.

I hacked together a local version, however its slightly laggy for some reason, probably my code, never done anything for wow before. it also would suck to always monkey patch when a new version shows up.

Unfortunately, this is a bit outside the scope of what the goal of this addon is.

However, there are some other addons that might fill this feature. Have you tried CustomGlow for assisted highlight?

That one is missing conditional checks (hasTarget / isCombat etc.) and Cooldown options for the Glow, also didnt see one that has it.
