Cannot select "Save for overrides" on non-existing manifest file

Hey man! Thanks for all the work you did. It seems I encountered an issue.

I tried to edit my HTML and add the
<link rel="manifest" href="/manifest-temp-pwa-tricks-0123456789.json" />
Like you say in your guide but I cannot hit "Save for overrides" on the failed network request. The option simply isn't there.

Got any idea maybe?

Haven't encountered that yet myself, no! (but I also am not using it very often)
