Outcome

• Identify the appointed IDRO authority and official registry page.
• Find the most stable machine-readable publication, if one exists.
• Record supported roles, update cadence, reuse basis, and public evidence.

Out of scope

• Implementing a connector before source stability and reuse are established.

Acceptance criteria

• Authority and source URLs are cited.
• Publication format and reuse status are classified.
• The result is SUPPORT, DEFER, or NO PUBLIC LIST with reasons.
• A connector issue is created only for a supported source.

Test strategy

Manual verification against official public sources; connector tests belong to any follow-up implementation issue.
