Les 7 bloquants fastlane : twin-parity, source-output-ratchet, translation-guard, solution-leak-guard, notebook-validation, cell-order-gate, catalog-drift. Le defect mesure par workflow (branches+paths+pas de edited = trou de retarget #15652) et la re-mesure (19/19 encore vulnerables sur e197ad5c61e) sont portes dans le body de la PR.
