how can I make simple waypoint Ai

how can I make system to following positions

I could make this system but not work with your physics car controller

Hey, this may be very late but I figured I'd help out in case anyone else looks at this! Your solution moves the car gameobject without using physics between the waypoints (I'm sure you've figured that out!)

The solution I would use at a first glance is:

1. Calculate the unit direction vector between the car and the next waypoint
2. Calculate the unit direction vector that the car is pointing in
3. Have the AI simulate the input to correct it's own direction (2) more towards the direction in (1)
4. When the car has reached the waypoint, go to the next one. You should compare the values to within a reasonable range here as it may be difficult for the car to reach the exact XY coords of the waypoint.

This is just looking at in general which should put you on the right track, but the real implementation may differ, as it doesn't account for things like colliders in the way and I'm sure some other factors!
