Hi, I would like to ask whether rust-norion is in scope for this list before opening any PR.

Short positioning: early Rust AI / agent runtime control-layer prototype exploring multi-agent scheduling/collaboration surfaces, evidence-gated execution, self-evolution loops, memory governance, runtime reports, and rollback boundaries.

Why it may be relevant:

• The list includes papers and libraries for multi-agent optimization.
• rust-norion is not a paper and should not be represented as a finished optimizer.
• The relevant angle is implementation infrastructure for iterative agent workflow/control optimization and self-evolution validation.

Disclosure: I am submitting from the project side. If this list should remain paper/library-only with stricter benchmark evidence, please close and I will skip the PR.
