There is no refresh on deleted files in the navigation. I had to remove a few sample files and the files still showed up without the navigator refreshing. The files were deleted fine but it was confusing as to why they still appeared in the navigator. I have to log out completely and log back in each time I deleted something or to see folders that I have added.
