release/1.3.0intomainto bring in Engines 1.3.0's Factorio 2.1 compatibility port, shaft overlay fixes, release metadata, and completed Lua baseline from #3, #8, and #7.Resolved overlapping CI/documentation additions by retaining the release branch's completed baseline and current compatibility documentation. The release already incorporates main's automation and documentation updates. The integration commit preserves the release head's entire file tree exactly (
93021f1), while incorporating main's history.Validation:
yi_engines_1.3.0.zip: 448 packaged files, metadata, notices, exact membership and checksum passed; development tooling excluded.ce037f2also passed all five jobs.#8 documents Factorio 2.1.21 compatibility validation across four base/expansion configurations. Engine validation was not repeated for this history-only integration: all repository files exactly match the existing release head.
