understand the IroCO2 solution technical details and how it works while deploying in my organization

Acceptance Criteria

• The document is available in a shared location (IroCO2 drive, github PR), accessible to the team
• The document includes a diagram that is available in github (so that it can be referenced externally)
• The document has been reviewed by the team (at least two of @alexis-renard , @sroulon-ippon , @klomlk , @rgadgil )
