We are using pending operations for registrant change and domain delete. With domain delete the pending delete process can be canceled by renewing the domain which is fine. With pending registrant change there is no such option so in case of unintended pending operation registrar can either wait for 48 hrs or contact registry to cancel the operation.
Add option to epp, repp and registrar portal for registrar to cancel the pending registrant change operation.
EPP RFC does not have mechanics for registrar to manipulate pending operations with an exception of transfer.
So for EPP an option to cancel the pendingUpdate operation would be sending in new domain:update operation request. To cancel the operation registrar could issue a new
For REPP we could add additional option to straight cancel the pending operation similarly to epp pendingTransfer operations op="cancel" (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc3731#section-3.2.4)
