First CRAN relase

I think 2018 will be the year of sending graphicsutils to the CRAN. Before doing so:

• add Gantchart see Gantt chart  #2
• add a simple violin plot
• add a colorscale add flexible colorScale #21
• add color palettes properly Add new color palettes #5
• remove the font-awesome related function (should be rewritten if still useful and put in a separate package)
• vignettes / cookbook website
• boost the code coverage

I think we should try to do more and propose a package with something like a philosophy for how all the functions work. I was thinking that we could always provide an optional argument *_opt for all elements we would like to tweak. Maybe we should think a bit about how a layer approach less fancy than the one in ggplot can bring.

Was also thinking that we could borrow some ideas from html/css stuff, stuff like padding/margin might be useful.
