Minor bug in caboto validation

AnnotationValidator.java:

if (bodyValues == null || bodyValues.size() == 0) {
   errors.rejectValue(...);
                            }
// also check that there is at least one value
boolean passed = false;
for(String val: bodyValues) {

Note that bodyValues could be null and it will still check for at 
least one value.
