Include P1D measurements from DESI EDR

I started to implement this. There is a catch though, not every redshift bin has the same k values. I will first push my fix for high resolution data

I see this was already raised in issue #14

My solution to this was to have a large covariance for those values and they are set to zero, so masking is possible somewhere down the code.
