Observation
When implementing the review TUI, I noticed that publishing requires a github_repo field on the feedback entry. If an agent submitted feedback without --repo, there's no way to set it from within the review TUI (you'd have to dismiss or skip). Adding a 'r' key to set/change the repo from within the review loop would make it fully self-contained for the publish workflow.
