Not showing up on Congratulations page when selected

Bug/Issue Description
When on the congratulations page the time stats do not show, and after clicking on a deck which is not completed, the stats shown are for the whole collection, not just the selected deck.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Tools>Study Time Stats Options...
2. Tick the box next to Congrats
3. Click Apply
4. Click OK
5. Click on a completed deck
6. See error
