refactor: rename @hypery/auth -> @hypery/sdk; remove agents-demo

Renames the SDK dependency, imports, and Tailwind globs across every example
app to @hypery/sdk (matches the published package name). Removes agents-demo,
which was a non-runnable WIP mockup against the unpublished @hypery/agents API.
