Special german characters are not working with links

What happened?

Links with german special characters don't create new notes and are not linkable.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new note
2. Create a link with one or more of these characters "ä, ö, ü, ß", like: [[Breitfuß]]

What did you expect to happen?

New notes are created or existing notes correctly linked with german special characters inside.

Docker Compose (DockerHub image)

Looks like a disconnect with how url slugs are determined between front-end and back-end. Should be able to get in in this week's patch.
