Feature Request: Support Shadowsocks with shadow-tls (SIP003 plugin)

目前越来越多的 SS 节点使用 **shadow-tls** 作为前置伪装方案，但 fancyss 无法配置此类节点。

示例节点配置（Clash / sing-box 可用）：

希望 fancyss 可以新增对 SIP003 插件的支持，以适配当前主流的 SS + shadow-tls 节点。
