docs: clarify auto-update toggle is terminal-CLI only

The Enable auto-update toggle for the hyperframes marketplace only
appears in the terminal (CLI) /plugin UI, not in the IDE/Desktop app's
Manage Plugins dialog. Without this note, users following the docs from
the IDE cannot find the option.
