Needs Triage if we want to do this right now or not.
Incorrect/inconsistent time formatting settings in the user menu (/account/ui-settings).
dd/MM/yyyy h:mm:ss is used twice 'a' marker is missing if using am/pm which should be present for both and one has miliseconds set 'ss' even though there are no miliseconds present.
Also a bit weird when we want to reference this because it would make sense to define the date format separately from the time format. In some cases I want to either present the date OR I want to present the date AND time. When just the date format is used -> M/d/yy for example in the ui I would lose time information. In the ui it makes more sense to selectively decide if the date and time is shown or just the date and configure the format here for both separately and use them.
In addition, there is no option for 24 hour clock which would make sense as well in addition to am/pm time.
