Fix Whiteboard / Paper & Pencil Tool Filter Bug

Overview

We need to fix the bug on the projects check page that prevents the "whiteboard / paper & pencil" tool filter from being selected so that the website will work correctly.

Details

The filter appears in the URL but the changes are not visually reflected on the page.

Action Items

• Identify the bug preventing the “whiteboard / paper & pencil” tool filter from visually updating on the Projects check page.
• Investigate the discrepancy between the filter state in the URL and the UI state on the page.
• Update the filter logic so selecting the “whiteboard / paper & pencil” tool correctly updates the visual state and results on the page.
• Verify the filter behaves consistently with other tool filters.
• Confirm the URL state and on-page UI remain in sync after the fix.
• Save/commit the changes.
• Create a pull request.
