Change WINS Form to Only Offer to Use GitHub Images

Overview

We need to change the WINS form to only offer to use their GitHub image. We will not be able to display people's LinkedIn profile pictures so we need to revise the form to reflect that.

Action Items

• Identify the code for the code for the WINS form.
• Find where the LinkedIn profile picture is included
• Remove the option to submit a LinkedIn profile image.
• Configure the form to only allow the use of a GitHub profile image.
• Update any form labels, helper text, or descriptions to reflect this change.
• Ensure no references to LinkedIn profile images remain in the form.
• Verify the form submits and processes GitHub profile images correctly.
• Save/commit the changes
• Create a pull request

After the proper labels are added, the merge team will review the issue and add a "Ready for Prioritization" label once it is ready for prioritization.
