monoisotopic peak assignments

Thanks for the great paper!
Out of curiosity, how do you guys perform the correction on monoisotopic peak assignments?
I came across that Monocle and it seems very promising but I can't find from this gygilab repositories.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
